$10,000 in Cash Will Be Given Away at

First & Main Blacksburg to Celebrate Grand Opening!

November 18, 2008-Blacksburg, VA-First & Main Blacksburg will giveaway $10,000 in cash at the shopping district on Friday, November 28th at 10AM sharp to the first 2,000 people at First & Main. Each person will receive a $5 bill distributed at a special entrance tent. Hundreds of the $5 bills will have their serial numbers registered and recorded to corresponding prizes. Everyone who gets a $5 bill needs to visit each participating retailer and restaurant within First & Main to find out what prize they've won. Prizes range from shopping sprees and individual prizes donated from merchants, restaurants to prizes donated from the local media.

First & Main Shopping District, now open in Blacksburg blends the charm of a small village atmosphere into a one-of-a-kind pedestrian oriented shopping district with plans for more than 40 local and regional shops, restaurants and national retailers.
